At Kangaroo Express, we highly value associates that embrace our Fast, Friendly, and Clean culture. Our associates are committed to providing superior customer service in a clean, fast-paced environment.
When you are a convenience store, you better be convenient. Our customers are busy. They expect us to deliver fast service so that they can be on their way. At Kangaroo Express, we pride ourselves on speedy service. That’s the Fast part of the equation.
Our customer experience starts with a greeting from our associates…a simple “hello” or “good morning” goes a long way. As a neighborhood store, many of our customers stop in everyday and are frequently known on a first name basis. Our store teams share a spirit of teamwork and respect for one another. That’s the Friendly part of our equation.
Finally, we want our associates to work in a clean environment. The vast majority of our stores have either a Quick Service Restaurant or our proprietary food service. Our customers trust that we will deliver our food and drink offerings in the cleanest setting possible. Our goal is to exceed their expectations. That’s the Clean part of our equation.
