Fuel Terms and Conditions
- Fuel must have been purchased at a Kangaroo location and must have been last fueling of vehicle prior to loss.
- Fuel purchased must be in line with the manufacturer’s requirements for the vehicle.
- Receipt of purchase must be presented along with claim.
- Qualified technician with A8 certification must have evaluated condition and reported that loss was caused by fuel.
- Repairs do not begin until independent validation has occurred by The Pantry.
- Damage to vehicle must be solely related to fuel contamination by The Pantry without other contributing factors.
- Please call 1-800-774-6700 ext. 5118 to report any fuel related condition.
- This guarantee is limited to the reasonable repair costs of the vehicle relating to fuel contamination, AND SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES AND DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, or any claims for attorneys fees. Â
