Fuel Terms and Conditions

  1. Fuel must have been purchased at a Kangaroo location and must have been last fueling of vehicle prior to loss.
  2. Fuel purchased must be in line with the manufacturer’s requirements for the vehicle.
  3. Receipt of purchase must be presented along with claim.
  4. Qualified technician with A8 certification must have evaluated condition and reported that loss was caused by fuel.
  5. Repairs do not begin until independent validation has occurred by The Pantry.
  6. Damage to vehicle must be solely related to fuel contamination by The Pantry without other contributing factors.
  7. Please call 1-800-774-6700 ext. 5118 to report any fuel related condition.
  8. This guarantee is limited to the reasonable repair costs of the vehicle relating to fuel contamination, AND SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES AND DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, or any claims for attorneys fees. Â
